Today my best friend, Gail called me up and said "Sign me up for the Revolution".

Gail is a Republican. She's my punkrock homie from the other side of the aisle. She believes in change from within.

Apparently, what set her over the edge is the announcement about Exxon's quartely profit. I was trying to let her know at the time that the rich were robbing the rest of us to line their fur pockets.

And then there was the sparkly string of lies that George Bush laid on us last night. I think that was the second step to insanity.

Not to mention Halliburton announcing their largest profit ever. And here I am struggling in this same-old job. I should just become a prfessional liar.
